What we collect — and what we don't.

Net Intel is a pre-launch product. This page is a waitlist. The only data we collect right now is what you type into the application form or the launch-updates form. Nothing else is read, ingested, or watched.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• If you apply as a founding partner: your name, what you run, your network size, and the one-sentence answer you submit.

Why we collect it

• To evaluate your application personally.
• To reply to you within the week.
• To send you launch updates if you opted in.

Where it lives

In a private spreadsheet accessible only to the Net Intel team. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Email ajay@netintel.net and we'll remove your record within seven days.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Show you what we have on you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop sending you updates.

Analytics

We use PostHog in privacy-friendly mode: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no IP-address capture, no session recording. We see aggregate page views and CTA clicks, never who you are. There's nothing to opt out of, because nothing identifies you.

What we do not do

• We do not read or ingest any messages, contacts, calendars, phone books, or third-party accounts.
• We do not have a product to log into yet, so there is no login data or behavioral telemetry.
• We do not use advertising trackers.

The full policy

When the product launches, a longer privacy policy will replace this notice — describing the data the product processes once you choose to authorize specific channels. Until then, only this waitlist-scoped notice applies.

Jurisdiction

This notice is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
